Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 1280 platform and creating an account, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, and sections of 1280 — including Sports Betting, lottery, jackpot, live games, and promotional offers. 1280 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1280's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Any minor found using the platform will have their account suspended and all associated transactions will be considered void.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Accurate and complete information is required to open an account with 1280. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and any associated balance may be forfeited. Each user may hold only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. These must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Prohibited User Conduct
- Fraud, manipulation, or attempting to access another user's account.
- Using automated software or bots to participate in betting or games.
- Misuse of promotions — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All transactions on 1280 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions made via unauthorized payment methods will be cancelled.
All withdrawal requests will be processed once verification is complete. If fraudulent activity is suspected at the time of a withdrawal request, 1280 reserves the right to place the payment on hold until the investigation is concluded.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the bonus balance being forfeited. Accounts found to have claimed bonuses fraudulently will be suspended. All content on the 1280 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1280. Copying, distributing, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability & Third Parties
